Specifications include, but are not limited to: Preventative Maintenance, Repair Services and Supplies of Printing Equipment. 1. Preventative Maintenance: The CONTRACTOR shall provide all management, tools, supplies, equipment and labor necessary to maintain equipment listed below according to the manufacturer’s recommendations. Maintenance service shall consist of mechanical inspection, essential cleaning, lubricating, and adjusting the equipment to keep it in good operating condition. Travel and labor are to be included in the maintenance service cost. Additional service calls for callbacks related to preventative maintenance, except those caused by accident, electrical current fluctuation, fire, abuse or misuse, shall be made at no charge. 2. Repair Services: Repair services for equipment will be done on an as-needed hourly basis to include travel and labor. When service is required the STATE will call to arrange for service. Upon receipt of the request of service(s) the offeror must respond within 24 hours or 48 hours, dependent on the STATE’s requested timeframe. The STATE reserves the right to include new equipment that may be purchased during the contract term or to remove equipment as needed without penalty. 3. Supplies: Supplies will be ordered by Purchasing Agency or Entity as needed. See Attachment 1 – Bid Response Form for specific supplies.
