Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Properly abandon refrigeration components and haul away old freezer/cooler box and refrigeration equipment. 2. Provide commercial walk-in freezer/cooler components specified as follows: a. Outside dimensions: 15’5”L X 9’8”W X 8’6”H i. Dimensions to be verified by Contractor b. Thickness of unit walls shall be four inches (4”) c. Unit shall include an integral floor d. Unit shall be placed on existing concrete pad e. Condenser units shall be 240 volt, 3 phase f. Evaporator coils shall be 120 volt g. Cooler unit shall be capable of maintaining a constant inside temperature of 36°- 38°F h. Freezer unit shall be capable of maintaining a constant inside temperature of 0°F 3. Provide a stainless-steel platform to accommodate outdoor condenser units on top of unit – top of platform is to be at a height of 30” and wide enough to position 2 units sideby-side – condenser units are to be mounted to allow for ease of servicing – platform will have all welded joints and will sit on southwest side of freezer/cooler box. 4. Relocate new condenser disconnects to new platform – use existing circuits – evaporator units will tie into existing circuit. 5. Contractor will set walk-in box against existing building on 2 sides, sealing to building and guaranteeing not to leak. Access to freezer/cooler shall be from inside building.
