Specifications include, but are not limited to:The Texas Workforce Commission (TWC) is accepting bids to furnish all labor, materials, insurance, equipment and supervision to provide renovations to the 3rd floor of the TWC facility located at 301 West 13th Street, Fort Worth, Texas. Work includes removing plumbing, HVAC and electrical elements required for installation of new equipment and replacing gypsum drywall, painting, acoustical ceilings, floor coverings, cabinets and millwork, doors, frames and hardware, plumbing fixtures, hydronic piping, Air Handling Unit, ductwork and HVAC accessories, power distribution, light fixtures, fire alarm devices and constructing a new fan room. Work does not include selective demolition or asbestos abatement work.
