Specifications include, but are not limited to:Contractor will provide all labor, materials, and any needed rental equipment to demolish all existing systems; install, start‐up and warranty the labor for a Two (2) ton heat pump system, a Four (4) ton heat pump system, and 2‐ Five (5) ton cooling systems with gas furnaces. Contractor will provide all materials such as: heat pump equipment, heat strips, condensing units, furnaces, coils, digital programmable thermostats, line sets, disconnect switches, whips, hardware, condensate piping, and any other miscellaneous materials needed for a fully functioning system. This job is 208/230 single phase. The Contractor will be responsible for all of the line voltage electrical wiring from the distribution panel to the disconnect switch and to the unit. Including any needed breakers. Low voltage control wiring will also be the Contractor’s responsibility.
