Specifications include, but are not limited to: A new double acting fire door will be installed between the first floor entry lobby and elevator lobby on a temperature activated hold open device. Fire activation devices will be installed in the entry lobby as well. Work in this area must respect the historic finishes in this area. Throughout the building, fire wall separations will be maintained and provided if missing. Security and access upgrades will be made at the basement level accessible/service entry. Audio visual improvements to the connection with the security booth in main entry lobby as well as general informational signage improvements will be included. Accessibility upgrades to the restrooms, break rooms, and water fountains will occur on all floors. Fixtures and accessories will be provided or replaced as necessary to meet accessibility requirements. Break areas will be made compliant with accessibility requirements through installation of new sinks and cabinets. Water fountain will be replaced. New architectural finishes will replace those damaged or removed as part of the accessibility improvements
