Specifications include, but are not limited to: - Provide raceway for UTSWMC Information Resources telecommunications cabling. - Coordinate electrical and telecom requirements with UTSWMC supplied interior furnishings. - Coordinate installation of UTSWMC supplied door keying, signage, and test and balance contractor - Coordinate all room shut downs, power shut downs, night and week-end work with UTSWMC. Two week notice is required. - Coordination of make-safe for all utilities with UTSWMC and construction coordinator. - Review the construction documents and address any drawing/specification conflicts and constructability issues with the UTSWMC. - Contractor responsible for all above ceiling coordination among trades and resolution of conflicts. - All field engineering, layout and controls. - Caulking and sealing of all existing and new penetrations. - Conduct weekly project status meetings as required.
