Specifications include, but are not limited to: It is the intention of TFC to award a contract for professional A/E services through the completion of the Pre- Design Phase. Pre-Design services will include, but not be limited to: 1.1.1. IAQ and HVAC on-site investigations and random sampling without negatively impacting the indoor environment through excessive disruption of settled dust, microbial amplification or other debris. In cases where contamination is suspected, and/or in sensitive environments where even small amounts of contaminant may be of concern, environmental engineering control measures should be implemented. 1.1.2. Review of existing documentation and IAQ reports 1.1.3. Conduct interviews with TFC staff 1.1.4. Prioritize recommendations and review of construction budget
