Specifications include, but are not limited to: Vendor is to supply submittal for a metal building. Pricing would be for the purchaseand delivery of building, and a separate pricing would be for the erection, if needed.Concrete, HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical and possibly erection would be supplied byDallas County Schools. The building would be approx. 32 x 64 . It shall consist of 5 separate sectionsof which would be 2 each, office/ conference room areas. Each would beapprox. 12 x 32 x 8 and 2 shed style areas with each being 8 x 32 x 8 . It shall beanchored to a beam structure that shall be anchored to the ground subsurface. Wallsare to be R-18, with the roof R-21.The building will include all MEP requirements as specified by Dallas CountySchools. All doors and windows are to be included. Roof pitch is to be 3/12. A 12wide by 12 tall roll up door for access to the main area is to be included
