Specifications include, but are not limited to: The purpose of this project is for an interior renovation, or tenant up-fit, of the first floor of the existing Texas Army National Guard Dallas California Readiness Center in Dallas, TX. The project will require selective demolition of the interior construction to implement the new tenant layout that provides for new Reception/Waiting, Supervisor’s Office, Conference Room, Superintendent’s Office, 2nd Office, Secured Copy/File, new Men’s & Women’s Toilets, Break Room, Training/Classroom, and Storage Rooms with direct access to new Service Dock. A new ADA compliant entry, including an enlarged stoop, handicapped ramp and curb cut will be provided to access the existing entrance door into the suite. All existing windows will be cleaned, prepped, re-glazed and refurbished. The existing space will require installation of all new HVAC system, new electrical sub-panel and distribution system to support convenience electrical outlets and switches, all new lighting and remedial repairs to the existing exterior wall mounted lighting at the entrance and service dock
