Specifications include, but are not limited to: o provide and install four new HVAC units. The Fire Department is standardizing HVAC units to Carrier brand as units are replaced. 1. Provide and install Two (2) new Carrier 4-Ton Condensers with 4-Ton cased coils, 14 SEER. Provide and install Two (2) new Carrier 5-Ton Condensers with 5-Ton cased coils, 14 SEER. These must be single phase units. Bids should include name and model number of units proposed; 2. Provide and install four (4) new carrier 110,000 BTUH gas fired furnaces for the building, bids should include name and model number of units proposed; 3. Provide and install 2” Raised Filter Rack on Bottom of all Units; 4. Check existing ductwork for leaks, sealing all for air-tight system; 5. Provide and install industry standard, and acceptable supports/straps for existing drain lines, and refrigerant tubing holding them in place, at existing masonry; Also repair or replace any drain lines that are not to City of Allen code 6. Purge existing refrigerant lines, vacuum to 500 microns, install new refrigerant driers prior to the install of 410 A refrigerant 7. Provide all duct transitions including supply and return plenums 8. Provide and install, per City of Allen code, all required electrical; 9. Provide and install, per City of Allen code, all required gas tie-ins 10. Provide Honeywell Programmable thermostats; 11. Provide equipment start up and system check, with owners representative present; 12. Provide two (2) Operations Manuals to Owner; and enough filters for one complete change out of all units; 13. Provide check-list for preventive maintenance for first post-installation year.
