Specifications include, but are not limited to: Daily cleaning tasks: Public restrooms/staff restrooms, to include cleaning mirrors, sinks, toilets, floors, restocking soap, paper towels and toilet tissue, wiping walls under soap dispensers, and light switch covers Remove trash from offices; change out bags when food or liquids have been in the garbage Vacuum all hallways, waiting areas, and the kitchen One time per week cleaning tasks: Empty all outside garbage cans (north door and east side) Empty all outside butt cans Wipe down chairs (lobby, group rooms) Twice per week cleaning tasks: Clean 6 entrance door windows (2 North, 2 East, 1 South, and 1 West) Vacuum – All offices Wipe down counters in the front office Wipe down table in conference room Clean/polish water fountain Sanitize door knobs on entry doors and bathrooms
