Specifications include, but are not limited to: Printing 21 different titles of posters, collating them into sets consisting of one each of the 21 posters and inserting one set of posters into a rigid mailing envelope. 3. Artwork: Electronic files, printer ready. Files provided on or before June 1, 2017. 4. Proofs: Color laser proofs of each poster. 5. Poster size: each = 8 ½” x 14”. 6. Poster count: 21 7. Paper Stock: a. Posters: 80# white gloss cover. b. Mailing envelope: 12 ¾” x 15” rigid mailing envelope, 28 pt. white board with peel & seal flap, such as Western States item # 7685 or similar. Gray or tan board is also acceptable. 8. Ink: a. Posters: Print 4/0, four color process, one side, with full bleeds. b. Mailing envelope: blank, no printing. 9. Finishing: Final trim each poster to 8 ½” x 14”, collate into sets of 21 posters and insert into rigid mailing envelope, DO NOT SEAL envelopes, carton pack, and palletize.
