Specifications include, but are not limited to: Williston State College is seeking an operator who will become a partner in attaining the following goals: • Provide quality food and service to students, faculty, staff, alumni, and visitors to Williston State College • Environmental sustainability in all aspects of campus dining. • Encourage life-long healthful living habits through nutritional education and menu selections. • Meet the dietary needs of a diverse population. • Maintain a food service operation on a profit and loss basis to the Contractor that is self- supporting with respect to WSC. • Provide a positive work experience for all dining services employees. • Encourage community interaction between residential and commuter students as well as faculty and staff. • Assure adequate accountability and financial reporting. • Maintain reasonable, competitive prices. • Continue to employ a diverse group of WSC students. • Participate in campus recycling programs.
