Specifications include, but are not limited to: Facilitating a strategic planning process for the North Dakota Department of Health (NDDoH), Tobacco Prevention and Control Program. Vendor will collaborate with local health units (approximately 28 LPHUs) within North Dakota; partners and stakeholders; and the NDDoH to set the future direction of the North Dakota Tobacco Prevention and Control Program. The primary outcome of the work will be a facilitated strategic planning session to develop the North Dakota Tobacco Prevention and Control Program strategy for the next two years. This will include preparing for strategic planning; securing input from key stakeholders; analysis and reporting; and facilitating the strategic planning session to be held on July 26 and 27, 2017 in Bismarck, ND.
