Specifications include, but are not limited to: The firm selected will work from documents generated by an interior design team, and approved by Hilton Worldwide and HFC, to provide a full set of documents that are required by the City of Houston to obtain a construction permit as well as to provide sufficient details so that qualified general contractors may provide a complete bid to construct the Project and successfully obtain a certificate of completion so that the rooms may be sold in a timely basis. The construction documents required will include, but not limited to, details on plumbing, electrical, HVAC, structural, finishes and general construction and will work in conjunction with the interior design team to coordinate the desired outcome of the Project.
