Specifications include, but are not limited to: Identifying unknown active health insurance coverage or changes in coverage for individuals served by the Child Support (CS) and the Medical Services (MS) Divisions of DHS. Services provided by Vendor under this Agreement include: 1. Make efforts to secure agreements with: a. All private commercial and HMO insurers, large self-insured employers, Union Health and Welfare plans, ERISA Trustees, and/or Administrators to receive commercial health insurance eligibility data files and on-line access. b. All health insurance members that have insurance coverage via an employer’s Administrative Services Only (ASO)/self-insured health plan. 2. Perform extensive data matches with health insurance plans, ASOs, and HMOs (including North Dakota insurers and Vendor’s national database of insurers) to identify insurance coverage or the availability of employer-sponsored health insurance as specified in paragraph 4. 3. Maintain a production schedule for, at a minimum, a quarterly national match, utilizing commercial files for the entire nation.
