Specifications include, but are not limited to:Provide Internal Cleaning of HVAC duct work throughout the MRC building. External Cleaning and Wipe down of duck work and high ledges throughout the MRC building.Supply all materials for cleaning, repairing and inspection work including HEPA filtered collection systems and any other equipment and materials necessary to perform work specified as well as furnish materials and equipment that are of a reputable manufacturer. Chemicals utilized in this project shall have a Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS) submitted to SSC SERVICES before product usage. Floor protection shall be used at all times under lifting equipment. On wood floors ¾” OSB, Plywood, MDF or similar material shall be used to spread the point load of the lifting equipment.
