Specifications include, but are not limited to: In accordance with the provisions of Texas Government Code, Chapter 2254, and Rules and Procedures adopted by the Texas Facilities Commission (TFC), TFC is requesting submittal of qualifications to provide professional HVAC testing and balancing services (A/E) for the Texas School for the Blind and Visually Impaired (TSBVI), Project #08-013D-0771. Testing, adjusting, and balancing services shall be performed on four (4) new HVAC systems and one (1) existing HVAC system. The buildings are as follows: a new elementary school, a new gymnasium, a new horticultural education building, a new vocational building and an existing outreach building located on the TSBVI campus at 1100 West 45th Street, Austin, Texas 78756.
