Specifications include, but are not limited to: Professional service and maintenance for the buildings HVAC systems for Job Service offices located in various cities. The Contractor shall perform maintenance on all the buildings HVAC equipment. A copy of equipment listing may be obtained by contacting Randy Kaiser 701-328-3014. The equipment listing provided is to be considered as a minimum the equipment to be covered at each location. The Contractor shall confirm the equipment list is accurate upon site inspection and shall be responsible for contacting the procurement office for any equipment discrepancies. Any movable, maintainable, or replaceable parts and equipment that controls, starts, stops, resets, safeguards in any way, is considered part of the HVAC system, and shall be included in this agreement. The Contractor must be available 24/7/365 for emergencies services. Contractor shall respond to emergency requests from Job Service by having a qualified technician on site no later than one hour from the time the initial service call is made.
