Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Contractor selected for the project (if any) will provide on-call services for parts and labors for repair work on various types of mechanical systems and equipment at Owners locations. Types of mechanical system and equipment are as followed: Waterline: Copper, Steel, plastic, iron, etc. Steam and condensate piping and systems Boilers: water tube, fire tube, electric, vertical, etc. Pool Paks (located at main campus Wellness Center): pool water temperature control units. Dx Chillers of various sizes and voltages. Liebert Dx and chill water computer room units Fans: supply, return, exhaust, fume hood, direct drive, belt drive, etc. Air Handling Units: fancoils, VAV boxes, etc. Pumps: 2-stage, split case, horizontal, vertical, direct drive, close coupled, storm, sewage. Dx wall and floor mounted drinking fountains Ductwork installations Insulating of pipes, ducts, equipment, etc. If Contractor planned on subcontract any of the above listed items, please provide documentation specifying which services and equipment with subcontractor information as attachments to the response.
