Specifications include, but are not limited to: • The vendor will be required to provide adequate educational space in a building conducive to learning. • Student transportation to and from the program on regular school days will be provided by the District. • Resumes of key staff (or job descriptions for staff yet to be hired) must be included in the proposal. All staff teaching core academic areas (as well as special education/ *vendor is required to have a minimum of 2 special education teachers on staff) shall hold a valid Delaware teaching certificate with status. The District reserves the right to request any changes in staff with a 30-day notice except in emergencies. • The program will serve a total of approximately 25 students at any one time. These numbers are based on rolling enrollment and student return to home schools. • Operate under the direction of the Christina School District Administration and District Policies. • The Vendor must illustrate expertise in the following to ensure that vendors’ training in trauma, Cultural Relevant Teaching, CPI Practices and Restorative Practices/Justice is aligned to Christina School District’s selected philosophy and training framework.
