Specifications include, but are not limited to: B. Removal of all drywall partitions, acoustical ceilings, flooring and electrical associated with existing entry and registration area. C. Removal of all carpet and base in the open area to the center line of the doors at all offices, storage closet, file room and kitchen. Existing carpet to remain and be protected during construction in these areas. D. Removal and retain for reinstallation as required, lighting, switching, semi recessed FEC & extinguisher, ceiling tile and HVAC thermostat and diffusers. E. Repair all drywall associated with equipment removal, demolition and previous occupants related damage F. Paint all walls, new and existing with two coats interior latex, egg-shell sheen paint to establish a constant finish appearance. G. Install new acoustical ceiling where existing tile and grid was removed. H. Reinstall lighting, HVAC diffusers, ceiling tile and FEC as required. I. Add three-way switching at open area. J. Install VCT in open area. K. Project to be completed for one lump sum price.
