Specifications include, but are not limited to: Contractor will supply all labor, materials & supervision necessary to complete the following scope of work needed to replace the existing Trane roof top unit (hereafter referred to as "RTU") located at the UNTPG facility. Specifications will be provided on all equipment. - Before commencement of work, the installing contractor shall provide the owner with a copy of the mechanical contractor's license and certificate of insurance. The owner will review the licenses and certificate of insurance provided, and reserves the right to reject any contractor if they are not properly licensed or insured, or if they feel the information provided is not suitable for such a project. - Installing contractor shall be responsible for all labor, equipment and costs associated with the removal and disposal of the old equipment removed. - Provide and install a new 20 ton RTU with gas heat with the specifications provided. Submittals of the RTU shall be provided for the owner's approval. - Installation will be on Saturday or Sunday, or during nonbusiness working hours. UNTHSC personnel will need to be present during removal and installation of existing and new equipment.
