Bottom South wall to be covered with new cultured stone wainscot wall startingat the southeast corner going West past the forth window and stopping at the raingutter East of the HVAC unit, approximately 97' by 4' 7" high.B. Remaining wall to be covered in new sheet metal to match the "Desert Tan"color as shown on the Mueller Metal color chartC. Door under wall mounted HVAC unit to be covered with new sheet metal, whichmust remain able to open for HVAC maintenanceD. Electrical service boxes, outside lights, gutters and other attachments can beremoved by contractor to put on siding, but must be reattached to the buildingonce siding is put on building10BID NO.12-07-02o West Side (Front of Hangar facing aircraft parking ramp):A. All signage and exterior lights removed and stored in hangar until work iscompletedB. Both office/shop walls located on west side of the hangar to be covered with newsheet metal to match the "Desert Tan" color as shown on the Mueller Metal colorchartC. Window located at north end of west side of hangar is to be covered with newsheet metal as specified aboveD. Door pockets to be covered and trimmed out with new sheet metal to match the"Desert Tan" color as shown on the Mueller Metal color chartE. Ladder on south door pocket to be removed, painted to match door pocket sheetmetal color and reinstalled after sheet metal work is completedF. Ladder must be reattached to allow proper spacing between ladder and wallG. The area above the hangar doors to be covered and trimmed out with new sheetmetal to match the "Light Stone" color as shown on the Mueller Metal colorchartH. The door overhang (small roof area) above hangar doors to be covered andtrimmed out with new sheet metal to match the "Light Stone" color as shown onthe Mueller Metal color chartI.New sheet metal work on the hangar door tail extension, currently behind thesign and door overhang, must be done in a manner to not restrict movement oroperation of the tail door extension above the hangar doorJ.No work is to be done on the hangar door windowsK. Hangar doors, on all sides, must be properly cleaned, weather stripping removed,primed and painted to match the "Desert Tan" color as shown on the MuellerMetal color chart on the door ends and outside and painted bright white on theinside1.Power wash and scrape to clean and remove any loose paint2.Treat metal with DTM (Direct to Metal treatment)3.Prime metal and paint to paint manufactures specificationsL. New rubber weather stripping installed on side and bottom of each hangar dooronce the painting has been completed1.Install 12 rubber side seals approximately 3/16" x 14" x 25' each2.Install 12 rubber bottom seals approximately 3/16" x 3" x 15' eachM. All signage and exterior lights reinstalled on hangar
