Specifications include, but are not limited to: Work under this contract shall include the furnishing of all labor, tools, transportation, supervision, and necessary insurance for HVAC Cooling Tower Repair Services for the General Services Department located at 1400 Lubbock, Houston, TX 77002. HVAC Cooling Tower Repair Services to replace louvers and drift eliminators involves the following. 1.1 Contractor to remove existing fill from the three (3) cooling towers. 1.2 Pressure clean with hot water in the interior of each tower. 1.3 Install new IAL-352/AC PVC fill with integral air intake louver. 1.4 Install new IDE-351/AC PVC fill with integral drift eliminators. 1.5 Install new XF-FSD plastic fill support decking. 1.6 Measure height, length, and depth for filling. 1.7 Provide a roll off dumpster for the length of work approximately four weeks. 1.8 All work to be performed after hours. 1.9 Upon completion of all work, clean all areas affected
