Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Rework all base flashings laps and all coat parapet wall flashings (and/or roof curbs with fibered aluminum roof coating se item #6 below). 2. Re-work splice joints or corners and seals at roof top penetrations where vent stacks, exhaust fans or other vents through the roof penetrate the roof field. 3. Furnish and install counter-flashing at HVAC units or exhaust fans, fabricated from 24ga. galvanized sheet metal where rusted or failed flashing is encountered. 4. Rework pitch pans or wire-way bonnets for roof top electrical, control or communication equipment wiring penetrations. Insure each has a drip loop, are weather tight with new catalyst activated sealants poured into any pitch pan configurations.
