Specifications include, but are not limited to: : 1) Project #08-012A-0405, DPS McAllen Area Office Renovation is located at 1414 Bicentennial Boulevard, McAllen, TX 78501. The McAllen project consists of interior renovation of approx 24,000 sq. ft. This renovation includes installation of new HVAC, new lighting, reconfiguration of offices, and site work on the parking lot. TFC requires a Superintendent dedicated solely to the McAllen project #08-012A-0405. 2) Project #08-014-0405, DPS Rio Grande City New Area Office will be located at 515 North FM 3167, Rio Grande City, TX 78582. The new one story building will consist of approximately 14,655 sq. ft. of non-combustible construction protected by an automatic fire sprinkler system, including a storage tank. Site utilities at the roadway will be modified and extended to serve the new building. The site will include 90 new parking spaces and new drives, along with new site drainage and grading. The building exterior will consist of brick and concrete masonry, aluminum thermally insulated windows, and modified bitumen roofing. The mechanical system will consist of roof top mounted DX units with digital controls with remote monitoring. The electrical system will include new underground service and have full generator back-up. TFC requires a Superintendent dedicated solely to the Rio Grande City project #08- 014-0405.
