The addition and renovation work shall consist of selective structure demolition, cast-in-place concrete, unit masonry, structural steel, steel joists, steel deck, cold-formed metal framing, metal fabrications, pipe and tube railings, sheathing, interior architectural woodwork, bituminous dampproofing, thermal insulation, styrene-butadienestyrene (SBS) modified bituminous membrane roofing, sheet metal flashing and trim, applied fireproofing, penetration firestopping, fire-resistive joint systems, joint sealants, hollow metal doors and frames, access doors and frames, aluminum-framed entrances and storefronts, door hardware, glazing, mirrors, non-structural metal framing, gypsum board, tiling, acoustical panel ceilings, resilient base and accessories, resilient tile flooring, tile carpeting, interior painting,exterior painting, toilet compartments, toilet, bath, and laundry accessories, stone countertops,electric traction elevators, fire suppression, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, electronic security and safety, site clearing and earth moving, excavation support and protection, drilled piers, and concrete paving.
