Specifications include, but are not limited to: furnish all labor, materials, equipment and necessary services required for replacement of the HVAC system at Bellerive Elderly Housing Development, 7225 Bellerive, Houston, Texas 77036 A. Rooftop Units: 1. Remove and dispose of one (1) 40 ton Des Champs rooftop package unit located at the South end of the Building. 2. Furnish and install one (1) new 40 ton rooftop package unit with modulating hot gas reheat. 3. Replace control system for the 40 ton rooftop unit at the North end of the building. B. 1 st Floor Units: 1. Remove and dispose of two (2) 25 ton Des Champs condensing units. 2. Remove and dispose of two (2) 25 ton Des Champs air handlers located inside enclosed mechanical rooms. 3. Furnish and install two (2) new 25 ton condensing units. 4. Furnish and install two (2) new 25 ton air handlers with modulating hot gas reheat. 5. Remove and dispose of one (1) 10 ton York condensing unit. 6. Furnish and install one (1) 10 ton condensing unit.
