Specifications include, but are not limited to: The district will be undertaking the enhancement of its Direct Digital Energy Management System. This RFQ is for Professional Energy Management System services for YISD. The Scope of Professional Services is to include, but not necessarily limited to, assessment of existing conditions and YISD documentation pertaining to active Direct Digital Controls (DDC) already in place as well as those to be deployed on HVAC systems at campuses denoted below. The project will also include identifying fresh air dampers on existing roof top units (RTU's) that can be readily integrated into and automated by the existing DDC system. Consideration of the construction of new facilities may also be addressed. Careful attention to performance-based, fully BACNet compatible digital control systems are required. Existing systems and devices currently deployed by the district will be a strong consideration in the generation of final construction documents. Respondents shall "NOT" submit any pricing, fee statements or fee schedules until requested by the 4.2 District in Phase II. Non compliment with this clause may be cause for disqualification. 4.3 The successful providers will pre-design services including, but not limited to the following: · Meet with District personnel to determine exact scope of work for the project. · Provide a preliminary project design concept for consideration and approval by the District. · Provide assistance in the preparation of solicitations for a contractor to construct the project. · Deliverables to include, but not limited to, generation of performance-based construction documents applicable to the project and providing for Competitive Sealed Bids.
