Specifications include, but are not limited to: It is the intent of Fort Bend County to contract with one (1) vendor for all materials, labor and equipment necessary to complete the HVAC services needed for the Fort Bend County Rosenberg Annex, 4520 Reading Road, Suite A, Rosenberg TX 77471 as stated herein - Remove existing Fan Powered Box 2-5, unit to be stored onsite. - Provide and install one (1) new Price fan powered VAV box Model FDC 5000 size 4012 with electric heat or equal to (see 1.17) utilizing the existing control system and wiring power to be provided by others. - Reconfigure supply ductwork as per attached drawing, provide new insulated hard duct with flex drop to the existing supply grills, manual dampers at the transition from the main trunk line to the individual drops. - Provide comfort balance. - Vendor is responsible for all permitting and debris removal.
