Specifications include, but are not limited to: The St. Paul POB 1 Restrooms Remodel scope will cover approximately 2,150 SF of existingrestroom space located on levels one through eleven of St. Paul Professional Office Building 1(POB 1).The restrooms remodel will require demo and renovation work as detailed in ContractDocuments. Any and all demo work required is responsibility of Contractor. Any and all makesafe for mechanical, electrical and plumbing will be responsibility of Contractor.The restrooms remodel will require new construction including, but not limited to, drywall,finishes, accessories, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, fixtures, flooring, as shown on the ContractDocuments.Contractor to furnish all of the labor, the materials, the tools, the equipment, the services and thesupervision required to complete the remodel scopes of work per the Contract Documents, Plansand Specifications, dated April 25, 2012
