Specifications include, but are not limited to: Provide all labor and materials for the Project in accordance with the Contract Documents. Contractor shall be responsible for examining existing conditions, ensuring compliance with Owners HVAC maintenance standards to allow Owners HVAC maintenance personnel to perform proper service and routine maintenance, and ensuring sufficient crews and manpower to achieve Final Completion of Bates, Law and Taub and have all deliverables completed, operational, commissioned and turned over to Owner by July 27, 2012, and to achieve Final Completion of Settegast Residnece Hall and have all deliverables completed, operational, commissioned and turned over to Owner by June 29, 2012. The required deliverables are identified in the Contract Documents.The asbestos containing material (ACM) located on piping, duct work and the air-handerler within the boundaries of the mechanical room in each Building will be abated by Owner prior to Contractor commencing the Project.
