Scope of work includes repalcement of breakers, wire, boxes, outlets, cover plates, light switches, light fixtures and attached exterior light fixtures, GFI outlets, smoke detectors and door bell. Removal of all old wiring devices. All materials and/or equipment demolished or repaired are considered salvage and belong to the General Contractor for use or disposal. All work must meet current NEC Code and Local requirements - green tag required. Permit must reflex the actual work being performed such as re-wire.
