Specifications include, but are not limited to: This Statement of Work outlines the work needed for the complete furnishing and installation of all equipment, related materials and labor for two (2) twenty (20) ton air conditioning condenser units for the Activity Center on the South Campus of Texas State Technical College Marshall, Texas. The project consists of the following tasks, but is not all inclusive. 2.2 Material and Installation 1. The work will include all materials and equipment required for the completion of this scope of work. 2. Installation of two (2) twenty (20) ton air conditioning condenser units on ground concrete pads set at opposite ends of Activity Center. 3. Installation of two (2) electric twenty (20) ton air handler unit platforms mounted at the nearest location to outside condensers. 4. Sock ducting will be used and suspended from existing ceiling. 5. All equipment and duct work to be field verified and sized according to proposed air conditioning space. 2.3 HVAC Work: 1. The work includes HVAC permits. 2. The work includes delivering, handling and setting and installation of heating and air conditioning units, and all peripheral materials and equipment required at the project. 3. The work includes all low voltage wiring for the air conditioning units and for the thermostats. 4. The work includes the installation of the condensate drain lines terminating at approved receptacles. 5. The work includes all required penetrations to be properly caulked.
