Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1.1 The HVAC Supervisor shall recommend award by Cypress-Fairbanks Independent School District (CFISD) for Annual Contract to qualified Proposer submitting the best quality proposal for Condenser and Cooling Tower Cleaning and Disinfection Services to CFISD. 1.2 The service includes Contractor (Proposer) to provide chemicals, testing procedures, training, consulting and technical service in support of the cleaning & disinfection of the cooling tower system. 1.3 In order to provide an equitable basis for evaluating proposals, the Proposal Form contained herein must be submitted with the proposal. The proposal price shall be based on the utility plant equipment data provided as an attachment with the proposal and proposed water treatment strategies. In order to objectively evaluate the cost/treatment proposals, all assumptions and calculations related to the cleaning & disinfection of the systems and determination of quantities of chemicals required must be shown in the bid proposal or the proposal will be considered incomplete and rejected.
