Specifications include, but are not limited to: Demolish and remove all of the material used to cover the extension on the northwest side of the TSTC building on the north campus. The area is approximately 120 feet by 50 feet and is labeled as room 160A and 164A. All of the material on the north, east and west side of this area including the roof is to be demolished and removed. The contractor may salvage and retain the demolished material. The south wall of this area, including the ramp to room 160 and the doorway to room 164 must remain intact and serviceable. All of the rubble, including the bricks from the west wall and any debris in the yard area, must be removed to facilitate the construction of a parking lot.
