Specifications include, but are not limited to: Fort Bend ISD has outsourced HVAC maintenance and repair for over 20 years, but has decided to implement a transitional plan to move the program largely back in house. The District is looking for one to three Partners who will provide staff and some materials to assist in this transition. The agreement will be for a single year, with two one year extensions with the following planned utilization cadence: - Year 1 - One to three Partners providing up to ten employees in total, supplemented by up to 5 FBISD employees. - Year 2 One to Two Partners providing up to six employees in total, supplemented by up to 9 FBISD employees. - Year 3 One Partner providing up to three employees in total, supplemented by up to 13 FBISD employees. Parts and materials for repairs as requested for contracted time.
