Specifications include, but are not limited to: Contractors shall provide all supervision, labor, materials, equipment, insurance, licenses, andsupplies to provide repairs and maintenance services on an as needed basis to the University.Examples of services include, but are limited to the following:5.2.1 MechanicalMaintenance and repair of fan coil units and VAV boxes.Repair, replacement and installation of steam and chill water piping.Repair, replacement and installation of various size valves.Insulation of piping.Installation HVAC ducts.Air handlers, VFD, and refrigeration equipmentEnvironmental air conditioning, commercial refrigeration, and process cooling andheating class A.5.2.2 PlumbingRepair and replace water and sanitary sewer piping, including excavation if required.Welding for pipefitting, Pipefitter must be certified to comply with ASME Boiler PressureVessel Code.
