Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Project involves all aspects required for responsible demolition and disposal in accordance with all applicable laws, including, by way of example and not of limitation: abatement/containment as necessary for disposal of Asbestos Containing Material, as such term is defined in The Texas Administrative Code Title 25 Part 1 Chapter 295 Subchapter C (ACM) and other hazardous or regulated materials (such as petrochemical products, lead paint, etc.) cleaning and filling underground sumps, including disposal of materials in sumps which may be radioactive or otherwise hazardous or regulated capping and/or relocation of utility connections as necessary and indicated by Owner demolition site protection (fencing, fire, etc.) pest control and extermination landscaping repairs (landscaping and sign removal, re-sodding, etc.) removal and disposal of HVAC expansion coils or compressors, transformers, ACM or non-ACM insulation, pipes, panels, etc. environmental testing of soil, backfilling, and compacting trenches created as part of work and design and installation of supplemental bracing to maintain structural stability as needed during the work.
