Contractor shall provide all supervision, labor, and materials to provide a project schedule and staffing plan to complete the interior painting, room HVAC fan coil unit cleaning, a full cleaning of the dorm room, i.e. carpet cleaning, blinds, all furniture cleaning, and bathroom/showers/tubs in various housing units. Cardinal Village Housing has 5 separate complexes which vary in style, size, design and scope. The buildings have exterior entrances to all the dormitory apartments and the buildings have interior hallways and apartment entrances. A staffing and supervision plan shall be attached to your Competitive Sealed Proposal to demonstrate adequate personnel to complete the project. No additional specifications were given.
