Specifications include, but are not limited to: The scope of work in this project includes ADAupgrades, HVAC renovations, and structural & waterproofing reparations. This work will be performed in twophases. The residence hall will be in partial operation during each construction phase. The project sequencingconsists of dividing the work between the north residence hall and the south residence hall. The workassociated with the north residence hall will commence first and must be completed prior to the springsemester 2012. The scope of work with the south residence hall will commence in December 2011 and must becompleted for the fall semester of 2012. Additionally, structural work within the subsurface garage area willbe performed in separate phases for a portion of the overall duration of the project.
