Specifications include, but are not limited to: The scope of work for HVAC Services is the erection, installation, alteration, repair, relocation, replacement, addition to, use or maintenance of any heating, ventilating, cooling, refrigeration systems, or other miscellaneous heat producing appliances. LISD uses several brands of products including but not limited to: Trane, Lennox, Carrier, York, Janitrol, etc. The design and testing of equipment shall be subject to the approval of the LISD Facility Services Department. All work done shall meet all City codes and the vendor is responsible for determining permitting needs and obtaining all building permits for work done throughout the District. Associated registrations, and permit fees are the responsibility of the vendor. 1. Any damage done to LISD property or its customer’s property is the sole responsibility of the vendor. 2. Vendor will be responsible for cleanup of work area daily. 3. Vendor will verify any provided fixtures meet LISD’s current building standards before any purchase or installation of the fixtures. 4. Items used on LISD facilities must be new and must carry the full original warranty period. 5. The amount of repairs requested may vary from year to year and will be determined by LISD. 6. All code compliance will be the responsibility of the vendor. 7. Any permits and associated fees will be the responsibility of the vendor.
