Specifications include, but are not limited to: Replacement of air-conditioning equipment located in the Chemical Technology Building “J •         Equipment to be replaced “TRANE� Central Station AHU size 10D, Type CLCH •         Ratings are 5hp, 4500 CFM, 1.96 ESP, 2.7 TSP- 460 V, 60 Cycle, 3 Phase •         The replacement equipment will be roof top, curb mounted with vestibule for piping and VFD •         Existing equipment will be completely removed (DEMO) including ductwork, VAV’s and diffusers •         New unit location will be situated right over existing AHU so that connections will be close •         Contractor will verify roof load to be within the weight distribution limits of existing perlins.
