The Manor Independent School District (MISD) of Manor, Texas, is in need of completing improvements to existing warehouse space which is to include: Remove five (5) exhaust fans and seal up openings with R-panel Provide and install 6 retrofit band insulation in roof approximately 4500 square feet (SF) Provide and install 8 retrofit band insulation in walls above existing plywood approximately 2200 SF Provide and install 16x12 overhead door Provide and install two (2), high efficiency, five (5) ton, two speed heat pumps systems, with 3 phase electric heat and a single phase condensing unit Provide and install metal ducting with exterior insulation, secondary drain pan with float switch, and light weight A/C pads for condensing units Provide plenum with filter rack and extended duct with 4 S/A grilles No additional specifications were given.
