Provide labor, equipment and materials for the construction of a new freestanding restroombuilding at Texas A&M University west campus in College Station, Texas. Building is approximately1190 SF and contains one family friendly restroom, one men's restroom and one women's restroom. No additional specifications were given. 8.4.1 Mock-ups shall be constructed prior to commencement of aspecified scope of work to confirm acceptable workmanship.8.4.1.1As a minimum, field mock-ups shall be constructedfor roofing systems, exterior veneer/finish systems,glazing systems, and any other Work requiring amock-up as identified throughout the ContractDocuments. Mock-ups for systems not part of theproject scope shall not be required.8.4.1.2Mock-ups may be incorporated into the Work ifallowed by the Contract Documents and if acceptableto the ODR.
