Specifications include, but are not limited to: Scope of Work 6.1 Light demolition of existing office space; approximately 5,150 gsf (any required abatement will be complete in advance of mobilization). 6.2 Interior finish out for clinic and office functions. Typical finishes include wood laminate, VCT, and ceramic tile flooring, painted drywall, running wood trim, 2 x 2 acoustical lay in ceilings, architectural millwork, etc. 6.3 Spaces include Lobby, Reception, Office (3), Exam Rooms (6), Procedure Room, Training Room, Restrooms (2), and Break Room. Spaces for future expansion to be constructed but not immediately utilized include a Pharmacy and X-Ray Lab. 6.4 New HVAC system designed for typical clinic use to satisfy code-required air changes (no special negative pressure considerations are required). 6.5 Analyze existing electrical panel capacity to serve intended use. 6.6 Numerous plumbing points required in existing slab to serve Exam Rooms, Break Room, and Restrooms.
