Each location has a (HVAC) heating,ventilation and air conditioning system, which is hydronically designed except in someminor cases.Proper maintenance of these systems requires a scheduled injection of chemicals intothe piping, cooling towers and related equipment including performing on-sitemonitoring and testing of the open and closed loops water systems. This is directedtowards the reduction of fouling, calcification, corrosion, and microbiological growth, andextends the life of the complete HVAC system.The intent of this request for proposal is to establish a comprehensive water treatmentservice for all District Schools and Facilities
