Specifications include, but are not limited to: The District requires services to: remove existing roof to deck and install new mechanically fastened base sheet, insulation meeting R-15. Install new 2-ply modified roofing system over insulation. Install new overflow drainage. Install new roof access ladders. Install new stairways to access penthouses. Install new penetration flashings. Install new metal trim, to include: coping, gutter, metal edge and counterflashing. Install new metal wall panels and trim as directed in the specifications. Repair and install pipe supports. Install new supports on units supported with wood blocking. Install traffic pads around HVAC units. Install traffic pads at each end of the new ladders. Install traffic pads below the first step of the new stairs. Install new traffic pads at the exit point of all roof hatches. Install tapered insulation at roof areas indicated on the drawings.
