Specifications include, but are not limited to: Fort Bend Independent School District (FBISD) is seeking qualifications from firms for professional services of licensed engineers or architects who are qualified to prepare and compile a five (5) year Capital Improvement Plan (CIP) for the District. Each firm is invited to present qualifications and supporting documentation for compiling such a plan which will be developed by working in conjunction with FBISD Staff (Design and Construction, Facilities and other Administrators as appropriate) The five (5) year CIP will consist of the following projects but not limited to: New School facilities, Stadiums, new support facilities, major renovations, HVAC central plant upgrades, athletic field upgrades, roofing replacements, kitchen upgrades, restroom renovations, floor coverings replacement, interior and exterior paint, intercom replacement, fire alarm replacement etc., FBISD will select a consultant to undertake this effort based on the weight factors indicated in this RFQ document
